🧡 Bathrooms: two ensuite, one off the living room, so nobody queues. Instant hot water in all three, switched on from outside the bathroom door.

🧡 Kitchen: gas hob, Samsung fridge and freezer, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Water dispenser gives hot and room temperature water, not chilled.

🧡 Living: 65 inch smart TV, WiFi around 200 Mbps, air con in all three bedrooms and the living room, ceiling fan, blackout curtains.

🧡 Laundry: washing machine, detergent and a drying rack. There is no dryer in this unit.

🧡 Family kit at no charge: cot, high chair with tray, baby bath, children's crockery, extra pillows and blankets.

🧡 QR code to enter Bay Point:
- You need one even if you're walking in or coming by Grab.
- One QR covers your whole group.
- Before you arrive, send us the main guest's full name and phone number. Driving? Add your car plate.
- We send your QR by 12pm on check-in day.
- Please bring an ID, in case the guard asks.

🧡 The tennis court (7am to 9pm) has to be booked with building management. Message us after check in and we will arrange it.

Bay Point sits on Persiaran Danga Perdana, in the Country Garden Danga Bay estate on the JB waterfront.

Beletime Danga Bay mall and the retail street are right below, with a supermarket, minimarts, Starbucks and casual dining. The beach is about a 3 minute walk, though the water is murky, so it is better for walking than swimming.

Short drives reach Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Zoo, KOMTAR JBCC, City Square and Mid Valley Southkey. JB CIQ is about 5 km.

JB CIQ is about 5 km away and the checkpoint runs 24 hours.

The Causeway Link CG1 shuttle goes straight from Country Garden Danga Bay to JB Sentral with no stops in between. It leaves the Phoenix Club stop on Persiaran Danga Perdana every hour on the hour, 4am to 11pm, and returns from JB Sentral every hour on the half hour, 4.30am to 11.30pm. Fare RM1.50, cash or Manjalink.

Grab picks up easily from the lobby. Driving guests get one car park bay on P5.

🧡 Parking: one bay is included, P5 lot 280, and we send turn by turn directions to it because the car park is genuinely confusing on a first visit. The car park entrance shares a driveway with Beletime Mall, so it's easy to miss the first time. Please use the Waze or Google Maps link we send you, as typing in the address can take you to the wrong entrance. A second car or a motorbike is about RM20 a night, registered at the guard stand. Your car gets its own QR on check-in day, once you've sent us the plate.

🧡 Beach: about a 3 minute walk, out past the Starbucks. Fine for a wander and for kids on the sand, but the water is murky, so treat it as a beach to walk on rather than swim at.

🧡 Shops: Beletime Danga Bay mall and the retail street sit right below the estate, with a supermarket, minimarts, Starbucks, cafes and simple dining. It is a short walk down, not an indoor connection.

🧡 No dryer and no luggage storage in this unit.

🧡 Cleaning: daily cleaning is not included. If you would like a mid stay refresh, message us and we will arrange it.

🧡 It is a lived in condominium, so you may occasionally hear neighbours or building works during the day.
