  3. Fast replies – Reply to 90 percent of new messages within 24 hours.
  4. Very low cancellations – Less than 1 percent. Ideally, zero.

Airbnb automatically evaluates your account every January, April, July, and October.
If you meet all the targets, you will get the Superhost badge shortly after the review.

Important reminder and that is you must be the main listing owner. Co-hosts managing properties for someone else are not eligible for Superhost.
