Your home's numbers, from 1 night to 1 year
3 numbers tell you how your home's money is doing, from small to big. ADR is what a booked night brings in, and RevPAR is what every night earned, empty ones too. Rental yield is a year's rent as a % of the home's price.

Each number answers a bigger question than the one before. Start with the one your statement or your agent just showed you.
Where we stand: we're RoomGuru, a manager in JB ourselves. The examples in each guide are made up, and none is a promise of what your home will earn.
