2023. One unit. Our first guest checked in that June.
Today we look after units all over Johor Bahru, from Danga Bay to Medini.
Why I write these
Every week, owners ask us the same things. Airbnb or tenant? Is Airbnb even legal in JB? Hire a manager or do it myself?
They deserve a straight answer, not a sales pitch. So I write it down: plain words, real numbers, working shown. If a guide needs a dictionary to read, I've done it wrong.
And if your unit is better off with a tenant, I'll say so. Even if it means one less unit for us.
Why you can trust them
You might be thinking: you manage Airbnbs, so of course you'll say Airbnb. Fair. I'd ask the same. So here's how I keep myself honest.
- I link the source for laws, fees, tax and platform rules, so you can check them yourself.
- When I use our own numbers, I say where they're from (our booking records or Airbnb's host data) and which dates.
- Where our fee could colour the answer, I say so.
- I'm not a lawyer or tax agent. When you need one, I tell you.
- Every article shows when it was first published and when its facts were last checked.
