Bedroom 1
Queen bed, ceiling fan, dressing table, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a real view. Blackout curtains for the afternoon nap.

Bedroom 2
A queen bed and a single bed side by side, ceiling fan, bedside lamp. The baby cot with mosquito canopy lives in here.

Bathrooms
Two of them. One has the bathtub, rain shower and a baby bath seat. The other is a walk-in shower with a step stool so small people can reach the sink. Hot water and bidet spray in both.

Living room
Burnt orange sofa, TV (log in with your own Google or Netflix account to watch shows), ceiling fan and aircon.

Dining
Solid wood table, seats six. Baby high chair on standby.

Kitchen
Induction hob, microwave, kettle, hot and cold water dispenser, rice cooker, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Enough to cook a proper meal, not just maggi.

Laundry
Washing machine in the yard, detergent provided, drying rack too.

Parking
One free parking bay for your first car. A second car pays RM3 per entry at the building.

Fast wifi throughout, and a desk if you have to sneak in some emails.

A few honest notes:
- Daily housekeeping isn't included. Want a mid-stay refresh? Message us and we'll sort it out for a small fee.
- No parties, no smoking, no pets.
- The pool is open 7am to 9pm.
- The gym on Level 22 is in poor shape. Most of the equipment is broken or missing, so please don't count on it.
- Legoland is 300 m away. Bring the stroller anyway, the Johor sun is strong.
- Arriving early or leaving late? The guard at reception can hold your luggage, RM10 to RM40 depending on size.
- Afiniti opened in 2016, so the building is about 10 years old. The lobby, lifts and car park show their age.
- The basement car park is narrow and dim in places. The day before check-in we send a step-by-step guide to your parking bay and the right lift.
- Most cafés nearby open around 9:30 to 10am. For an early breakfast, Coffee Bean at Gleneagles, 150 m away, opens at 7am.

• Groceries: there's a 24-hour minimart and a 7-Eleven right next to each other in the building, plus a bigger supermarket, Ben's Independent Grocer, across the road at Mall of Medini.
• Part of the walk to Legoland is not covered, so bring an umbrella on rainy days.
